Join us for a gentle evening of relaxation and connection through sound: A 1 hour journey of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, soft ambient tones, and tuning forks in an immersive environment.

Soothing sounds are paired with soft lighting and gentle scents, creating a calm sanctuary away from screens and the pace of modern life, allowing your body to fully exhale and receive the rest it deserves. Afterwards, we'll take a moment to integrate and nourish ourselves, sharing some wholesome chats over herbal tea.
