About the event
This 90-minute session pairs the heat of the wood-fired sauna with a live sound bath. We start in the sauna, setting a simple intention together with sound, before letting the heat ease tension and relax the body. Afterwards, we'll wrap up warm and gather for an immersive, sunset sound bath around the fire. ❤️🔥 . Tickets can be booked directly from Leeds Community Sauna here
