This 90-minute session pairs the heat of the wood-fired sauna with a live sound bath: full sensory nourishment for body and mind to truly wind down after the week. We start in the sauna, setting a simple intention together with sound, before letting the heat melt away tension. Afterwards, we'll wrap up and gather for a restorative sound bath around the fire.
You'll leave feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to slip into a restful sleep. The perfect way to end your day, week, and weekend. ❤️🔥
